Craig has lived in the eastern suburbs for more than two decades and considers Montrose the perfect place to raise his young family.
Full of community spirit, Craig has been the treasurer for his children’s kindergarten, is a Scout Leader and the go-to accountant for many small businesses and sub-contractors in the area. He loves helping his children build Lego, playing golf, fishing on his boat with friends, and cheering on his beloved Hawthorn Hawks.

Renee Matchett
Assistant Accountant
Renee grew up in the sunshine state and moved to Melbourne over 20 years ago. Starting out in reception when she was 16 and having now worked in administration and management roles for over 25 plus years. She has had a 5-year hiatus to raise her beautiful son Ace and has completed a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Gabrielle Olsson
Assistant Mortgage Broker
Gabrielle hails from the Yarra Valley and holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminal Justice. She actively volunteers as a firefighter at the local brigade, conveniently located near our office.
Bringing over 15 years of administration experience, Gabrielle joined CLN Financial Services in 2020 and is currently undergoing training to become a mortgage broker. She is ready to help with any mortgage or marketing inquiries you may have.
Kristy Tipping
Administration Assistant
In 2023, Kristy joined CLN Financial Services to support administration tasks on a part-time basis, working three days a week.
With a Bachelor of Business in Tourism & Hospitality, Kristy brings over 15 years of experience as a customer service consultant in the travel industry. Alongside raising her two boys, she has also ventured into entrepreneurship, running a small business and enjoying teaching craft classes at a retirement village.
