If you have a complaint about services, you will need to contact us your Accountant in the first instance with details by email info@clnfinancial.com.au. If they are unable to resolve your complaint within 3 business days, please contact Craig Naisbitt – Director by email info@clnfinancial.com.au.
Your complaint will be investigated by a staff member who is not involved in the subject matter of the dispute where possible.We will provide you with email acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint and our understanding of the circumstances. The email will inform you that we will attempt to resolve your complaint with 14 days and will outline the dispute resolution process. If you are unhappy with the outcome that we propose to you, you can then make a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) using the link listed above. The TPB will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint and review and risk assess your complaint. If you are unhappy with how the TPB has dealt with your complaint, the above link includes details about your review rights and who can further assist you.

This competition is open to all Facebook users, except employees and immediate family members of CLN Financial Services and its affiliates.
The competition begins on February 10, 2025 and ends on Friday, February 28, 2025. All entries must be received within this timeframe.
To enter the competition, participants must comment on the official competition post on the CLN Financial Services Facebook page with their suggested name for Craig’s boat. One entry per comment, multiple entries by the one person is not allowed.
The prize is a $100 Visa gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
The top 3 submissions will be chosen by CLN Financial Services based on creativity, originality, and appropriateness of the suggested boat name. A public vote will then be conducted to determine the winner. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be announced on the CLN Financial Services Facebook page on March 3, 2025.
The winner will be contacted by CLN Financial Services private message to arrange collection of prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize within this timeframe, CLN Financial reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow CLN Financial Services to use their name and entry for promotional purposes on Facebook and other social media platforms.
